I get that not all of us are.
But my co-worker just told me she laughed when she found out I was leaving work friday night because I thought my dog was dying.
And then she proceeds to tell me that: "i just don't get attached like that, you know?"
I guess I don't.
Even tho I totally disagree, I will always appreciate brutal honesty.
I agree with you about appreciating honesty. Even if it doesn't happen to be the same way that you feel...everyone feels and thinks differently. And to accept what others have to say because they are honest...well that is the way it should be. Not that "I am right and you are wrong"...
ReplyDeleteI had never been a dog lover... In fact my aunt used to laugh at me because whenever one of their many dogs came over to me I would jump up and get away from them as fast as possible! In fact, she always said I would end up marrying a farmer with a whole bunch of dogs! Instead I married Joe who loves dogs and had two dogs when I met him! Those two dogs died (sad story) and then he got Sage- our sweet Brittany Spaniel who turns 10 this month (I can't believe it) and even though I still don't consider myself a dog lover I do believe I am a Sage lover!
