More Droid Luv

*My love brought me gooey milk-chocolate covered strawberries & two bouquets(!) to celebrate year #4 together.
*"Grandma Shirley" is always bringing me treasures she picks up for me at garage sales.  This past sunday's treasure came in the form of gold flats.  They are super fab!
*I found this pair of boots that I looked for in vain all last fall.  Not these boots exactly, just some flat ones in this style- & I found them accidently the other day!  Worth the wait.
*Some Gator gear that Zane had to have.

  1. sounds lovely -- good bargains are always a bonus! =) Congrats on the boots -- they are so hard to find perfect fitting ones! =) Happy 'late' Anniversary you two!! I thought about you on the day -- but was wearing my goggles so couldn't see much yet!! Hope it was lovely and by the sound of it -- chocolate covered strawberries sounds pretty darn tasty! =)

  2. Hey...happy to see some of your latest treasures...love the shoes and also, those boots will be fantastic come this winter...it's always cheaper to buy them "out of season" too. So, I'm confused about the last picture (one after Zane's cool Gator shoes)...what is it? Those strawberry's look lovely too...are they homemade? Oooh yum....and the flowers are awesome too! Is the pirate blog next? :-)

  6. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the boots! I have a pair that I really like but let me tell you, they were NOT $50 buckaroos!! I got them at Nordstrom's, if that gives you a hint on the price!!!

Sorry, I have to admit, the strawberries totally look like some Halloween concoction...like slimy eyeballs, or something!!! But I'm SURE THEY ARE lovely, my dear! Never judge a book by it's cover, right?

  7. lol- you're sooo right about the strawberries martine- the lady at the bakery make a "special exception" because apparently chocolate covered strawberries are only made seasonally??? so i don't think she knew exactly what she was doing. it tasted like she'd dumped that liquid hershy syrup (like you put on vanilla ice cream) on top of strawberries. it never set or anything so it wasn't hard. oh well. still yummy & i of course appreciated zane's efforts!
